Processing Time:

As our products are handmade, orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.

Shipping Time & Estimated delivery times:

Andhra Pradesh: 2–5 business days

South India: 3–7 business days

Rest of India: 4–10 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and location.

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.

 

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

 

Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of:

    • The damaged product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Missing Items

Any missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
